Photography

As a photographer it has always been my goal to create interesting images that have a timeless feel. I have always been attracted to exploring the narrative through dark humor by crafting and capturing absurd situations. Color also tends to play a huge part of my work. I enjoy playing dress up with my subjects, and collecting odd objects over time for use in my photographs has also been valuable. I have been fortunate to have like-minded friends who will play along with my ideas as well as inspire and evoke new ones. I find the most satisfaction in creating portraits but when models are scarce, I love photographing Cleveland’s industrial landscapes’. Which possess a “no mans land” feel. I enjoy archiving the realness and simplicity of my home. When I finish school, I would like to work in commercial or editorial photography.
